Bernal UnLimited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the http://advantagenotarytraining.com website (the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding refunds for the Service.

Refunds

All standard course enrollments are 30 calendar days in duration, starting from the date of course purchase. To request a refund, you must submit a request via email through the Student Services Contact page or via email to the Student Services email address included with your course purchase.

The request must be made within 7 calendar days of enrollment. So that we may properly identify your account, please include your name, username, purchase receipt number, and date of enrollment in your refund request email.

If you have submitted or attempted to submit a Declaration of Course Completion, a refund can no longer be issued. If a Proof of Course Completion certificate has been delivered, sent, or otherwise provided to you, a refund can no longer be issued.

You are not eligible for a refund if you have violated the Service Terms of Use or been suspended or banned from the Service.

Enrollment Errors
It is your responsibility to ensure you are enrolled in the proper course. An error in chosen course enrollment, for any reason, is not grounds for a refund in whole or in part.

Declaration of Course Completion
Failure to follow the Declaration of Course Completion instructions, submit an accurate Declaration of Course Completion, or confirm that you received a Submission Confirmation Number prior to the expiration of your enrollment period or paid enrollment extension period is not grounds for a refund, free course access, discounted course access, or Declaration of Course Completion access outside of a paid enrollment period.

Group and Bulk Discounts
All Rate Lock fees are non-refundable. All Enhanced Rate Lock fees are non-refundable. Non-Rate Lock Seats (those Seats redeemed using a Group Code coupon) can be refunded within 7 calendar days of user enrollment. The discounted enrollment fee will be refunded; however, Seats are redeemed on a permanent basis. Once used, a Seat will remain “redeemed” and will not be added back to the total number of unused Seats remaining regardless of refund or course incompletion status.

Group Member status does not preclude a user or an entire Group from being banned from this site for violation of its terms, including but not limited to the Terms of Use and Communication Code of Conduct. Neither the banned user nor the user’s Group will be entitled to a refund in whole or in part. The banned user’s Seat will remain “redeemed” and will not be added back to the Group’s total number of unused Seats remaining. If an entire Group is banned, neither the Group individuals nor the Group’s pre-pay fee payor will be entitled to a refund in whole or in part.

Any unused Seats, unapplied Rate Lock Fees, or unapplied Enhanced Rate Lock fees remaining following your Group Code Program membership’s expiration date will be forfeited. At expiration, all unredeemed Seats, unredeemed Rate Lock fees, and unredeemed Enhanced Rate Lock fees are forfeited. No refund in whole or in part will be provided.

Expedited Processing Fee

A refund of the Proof of Course Completion Expedited Processing Fee will be issued only if we did not provide the requested Proof of Course Completion within 12 hours of receiving it on our processor servers. Proof of Course Completion is considered “provided” the moment it leaves our email or processor servers regardless of the time it is received by your email server.

You will not be entitled to a refund of the Proof of Course Completion Expedited Processing fee, or any other form of compensation, due to any processing delays, Declaration of Course Completion rejection, or Proof of Course Completion rejection caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unprocessable information you provide on the Declaration of Course Completion form.

False, Fraudulent, or Misleading Information

Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information to us, whether through registration or other means, will result in immediate termination of Service. Terminated individuals are not entitled to refunds, in whole or in part. Final determination of violations and their severity are at the sole discretion of Bernal UnLimited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason.

If you have violated any terms of this website’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Refund Policy, a refund will not be issued regardless of the date of the request.

Changes to This Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is effective as of the date posted at the top of this page and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Refund Policy at any time and you should check this Refund Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Refund Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Refund Policy.
